We are the Ballarat Scenic Cyclists' group and we enjoy riding our bikes around Ballarat and district as a social outing with the added benefit of some exercise.
We are a group of retired and semi retired riders, who meet at Windmill Drive Mondays at 11 am for a short ride and Thursdays at 9.30 am at various locations for a longer ride. Thursday rides are to various locations around town where we take our own lunch or go to a cafe etc. We also have rides on Fridays at 9-30 am at Windmill Drive. Once a month we go out of town on longer rides 30 - 50klms. Twice a year we travel to various locations and camp or take caravans for a weeks riding. Sometimes interstate
